I've take a bit of a break from social media, writing, and everything but the task of getting through each day over the last couple of years. My day job and life took a large toll on my mental health. I made that my focus instead. In some ways, it feels like I let others down by taking care of myself, but we all know how important it is to be healthy.
I am working on getting back to the person I want to be. Back to my writing and back on social media. However, I do want to announce, by popular request. Fred now has her own fan page and I ask all those who read this to poke me on social media if we happen to be mutuals. Remind me how much I love the creative life and challenge me to write, create, and be who the person I want to be.
Older, but still relevant updates
One of my previous publishers, Kyanite Publishing, closed their doors at the end of 2020. Most of my shorter pieces of fiction that I had with them have found new homes. Including the Remnants Anthology which has was re-released by Fedowar Press in 2021.
Falling Light has been re-released with a whole new look under Dark Brew Press.
Feathers and Fae will be heavily revised and given a facelift before being re-released as a self-published novel.
In 2022, I went through an unprecedented burnout and all my work—writing, podcasting, everything—was put on hold. I am still, in late 2023, trying to recover from this. I am sorry for any delays in my production schedule.
In the meantime, please be aware that I am working to update my website to reflect these changes. Thank you for your time, patience, and support.
